The Vice Chairman of NEC Mr.M.S.Chakravarthy has signed a memorandum of understanding with the EduSkills Foundation. EduSkills is a Non-profit organization which enables Industry 4.0 ready digital workforce in India. It strives to fill the gap between Academia and Industry by ensuring world class curriculum access to faculties and students.
Dr.M.Sreenivasa Kumar, The Principal of Narasaraopeta Engineering College stated that the faculty and students of NEC will be trained with cutting- edge technologies. The students will get job opportunities in world renowned multinational companies like Amazon web services, Paulo alto cyber security academy, Blue Prism University(robatic automation) , Red hat academy, Celonis, Juniper Network, micro chip through this MoU.
Mr.Subhajit Jagdev, the founder of EduSkills is the chief guest for this occasion. He said that the Industry Centre of Excellence in EduSkills will bridge the gap between Academia and Industry and build up industry-ready employees who will eventually become the leaders of emerging technologies.
Mr.M.S.Chakravarthy further iterated that the students of NEC can get highest salary packages through this MoU. Dr.S.N.Tirumala Rao, the Head of CSE department as well as Dr.D.Suneel , Vice-Principal said that this MoU offers multiple internship opportunities to the students. MR.M.V.Koteswara Rao said that this MoU is a milestone in NEC’s history. Faculty and the Heads of all Departments participated in the event.
