Anand Oliveti

Training  Head

Dr Ananda Oliveti is a Strategic HR and L& D professional with 15 years of overall multi-functional experience in corporate and education domains, in managing diverse functions such as Training, Learning & Development, Human Resource Management, Leadership Development and Performance Enhancement. 

His research work on which he was awarded doctorate – Training & Skill development, is in sync with his current efforts at NEC to mould students into true global professionals.

He has many specialisations from University of Michigan, Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI), Josh Bersin Academy, University of Virginia, University of Minnesota, University of California and University of Colorado Boulder

He Joined ‘Satyam Computer Services’ as Human Resources Operations – Executive in 2004 and then moved to ‘East Collaborative Strategies’ assuming the Lead role in Human Resources in 2005.

He later took up the responsibility of Senior Human Resources Executives at ‘AT&T’ in 2008 and has Entrepreneur Experience at ‘The Mountain Path’ from 2011 to 2013. 

From 2013, he is dynamically leading our Training and Placement Vertical. He has passion for education and built high quality talent for the corporate world.

 Placement Head

Mr. Syam Kumar Reddy Kolli drives the placement cell, who has a robust relation with corporates. He has a strong passion in helping students to succeed professionally and provide resourceful candidates for the enhancement of the company growth. He visualizes and gets requirements, connects to the recruiting companies by placement portal and maintains good relations. He is responsible for all the on campus, off-campus, internships, workshops to get organized in our college.

He has good interpersonal skills to network with company people and students. Further, our placement officer has strong analytical skills, which assist him to collect information from their research, screen the diversified students for distinct positions and provide them profession development advice. The intent of this cell is to attain maximum placements of all disciplines.

He worked as a promoter of an e-learning organization in association with Ohio University USA from 2002 to 2005. He was instrumental in development and promotion of English Language Lab in around 500+ engineering colleges across the country from 2004 to 2010.

He successfully organized Soft Skills & Employability Skills Training (SET) program in association with JNTU Kakinada across 50+ colleges in 2011 and 2012. He stands out to be an official hiring partner for Vedic Soft since 2018 till date.

He says, the placement cell is completely equipped to execute industry ready candidates and is dynamically hook up with reputed industries and keeps the students informed with numerous job opportunities. He endeavors to have an incessant relation with the companies to expose the students towards practical factors of technological developments.

Ultimately, we believe in one statement, “No two placement officers are exactly alike, as definite skills differ from employer to employer”. Our placement officer is not only a man of success, but also with a man of value.

Vice Chairman Chakravarthi Mittapalli started his journey as an entrepreneur in 2002 when he established his first venture, an IT Consulting Company named S&C Staffing Inc. However, his true entrepreneurial journey began when he, having studied and worked in India and abroad, decided to return and solve the challenge of the lack of educational facilities in his home town, Narasaraopet.
