Dept of Mechanical Engineering, Narasaraopeta Engineering College offers a one week Workshop (4th Jan – 9th Jan, 2021) on Product Design & Drafting by Solid Edge in association with APSSDC.
In addition to the regular academic sessions, guest lectures and Industrial tours, as a value addition to the students towards enhancing their Employability skills, Mech Department conduct a minimum of two APSSDC workshops in every semester.
APSSDC offers TRG to the students at nominal pricings and gives a hands on experience on TRG over original licensed software. The 36 hour schedule enhances the student in Sketcher, Part design by ordered technology, part design by Synchronous technology, Assembling and drafting which are very useful for students placement in the Automobile sector.
A staggering number of 40+ students from 3rd year first semester have participated in this workshop and trainers Mr. Mahesh & Mr. Sujith were deputed by APSSDC for the same. Post workshop, the attendees will be going through an exam where the participants will be awarded with certificates on merit basis.
