In response to the recent floods in Krishna district, the NEC Group of Colleges has stepped forward to assist those in need. Under the guidance of Palnadu District Collector, NEC provided food parcels for 12,000 people, which were handed over to Palnadu District Revenue Officer, Mr. Vinayak.
On this occasion, Chairman of NEC Group of Colleges, Mr. Mittapalli Venkata Koteswara Rao, emphasized the importance of standing by our fellow citizens in times of crisis, stating, “It is our duty to support those affected by the floods in Krishna district.” College Secretary, Mr. Mittapalli Ramesh Babu, highlighted the college’s ongoing commitment to community service, noting that NEC educational institutions consistently strive to be at the forefront of such initiatives.
Principal, Dr. S. Venkateswarlu, commended the dedication of the NCC cadets who actively participated in this noble cause, undeterred by the challenging weather conditions.
The program saw active participation from College A.O. Sridhar, NCC Officer Medikonda Rajesh Babu, M. Yeswanth, Heads of Departments, and students from the NCC and NSS units.
