The college is an autonomous institution and is permanently affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
Regarded as one of the top 10 engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh, Narasaraopeta Engineering College has been offering professional courses since 1998. Expanded over 40 acres of Green Space, the college is disseminating knowledge to students through various courses/disciplines like Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Computer Applications (MCA), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.
Accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), Narasaraopeta Engineering College is also giving vent to students’ creativity through its Incubation center. Till date, it has nurtured many ideas. Apart from the Incubation center, the college has also initiated the way for the set-up of the robotics center and three more research centers in the campus.
