On December 27, 2022, the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department’s first batch (1998–2002) alumni from Narasaraopeta Engineering College reunited. Six students participated virtually through a Zoom meeting in addition to a group of previous students who attended the reunion in person.
On this occasion, the college’s chairman, Sri Mittapalli Venkata Koteswara Rao, expressed his happiness that the former students had come to share their memories at the college. It is always better to lean on the experience and knowledge of alumni to broaden the knowledge of enrolled pupils. Later, Principal Dr. M. Sreenivasa Kumar discussed the contributions made by past students at the college where he was a student and suggested that this group of alumni may also make a similar contribution. Sri V. Venkatarao, the head of the E.C.E. department, then expressed his gratitude to the students who attended and provided an update on the department’s progress to that point. Participating in the conversation with the present pupils, the past students offered the right comments and counsel.
The college chairman, principal, HoD ECE, and a few other instructors from their cohort were finally acknowledged by the students. Students thanked the administration, principal, and other officials for allowing them to attend this meeting and made a commitment to do their best to support the college’s growth.
