Team PHOENIX BEACONS, NEC bagged the 16th position in SKDC – 2018 challenge, organized by SAME.
“Students Kart Design Challenge” is a competition organized by “Society of Mechanical and Automotive Engineers” to design and fabricate a Go-Kart. The challenge takes place in two stages; Virtual Round and Final Round.
Team PHOENIX BEACONS a Design and Fabrication Team belongs to DEPARTMENT OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from NARASARAOPETA ENGINEERING COLLEGE, participated SKDC Challenge 2018, a national competition conducted by SAME (Society of Mechanical and Automotive Engineers). The competition was held at Hyderabad. Around 60 teams were competed out of those only 28 teams got selected. The team took part in the VIRTUAL ROUND, which saw around 28 teams compete for each other, from all over the country. The team bagged 16th position in VIRTUAL ROUND Category.
