New Mexico State University signs Skill Development agreement with our Narasaraopeta college of Engineering. Lewis, head of New Mexico State University said, “As a part of globalization, students should explore the diversification. So we are here with the Skill Development exchange program where students of NEC can study in our institution and be a part of Discussions and Conferences.” Students will hereafter be taught, explained and nurtured about advancements in Science and Technology using Research and development cells. Not only for students, as a part of faculty exchange program between both the colleges, Faculty will also be provided high-quality industry level expertise training in Science and Technology fields and there will be a potential collaboration in Research & Publications.
New Mexico State University (NMSU) is a public, land-grant and space-grant, flagship research university in Las Cruces, New Mexico, United States, and the flagship campus of NMSU System. Founded in 1888, it is the oldest public institution of higher education in the state of New Mexico. As a part of the agreement, NMSU members Lewis, Rolado, Dean Sri Dr. Lakshi N.Reddy Garu discussed the Skill Exchange Program with NEC representatives Chairman MV Koteshwar Rao Garu, Vice Chairman Mr. M Chakravarthi.
While addressing the meeting, Vice Chairman Mr. M Chakravarthi said “This agreement is one of the biggest Milestones NEC has ever achieved. We are very excited to be a part of the Skill Exchange program. This agreement would benefit the students with improving the standard of education. This MoU will bring the essence of Foreign educational standards and procedures in Andhra Pradesh. Also, NEC will be equipped with Incubation centers and Promotional centers which help budding entrepreneurs and Industrialists excel in their respective fields”.
