Department of Civil Engineering, NARASARAOPETA ENGINEERING COLLEGE (AUTONOMOUS) organized a Workshop on “Auto CAD” in association with APSSDC for students of II & III B.Tech civil from 21-1-19 to 30-1-19.
AutoCAD is a computer-aided design and drafting software application that helps students, professional, and companies to plan and work-out various engineering problems. AutoCAD is vehemently used in civil engineering as it makes the planning part super easy as compared to hand drawings. Using AutoCAD most civil engineering structures (2D, 3D) such as buildings, bridges, roads, canals, stadiums, drainage, pipeline, dams, etc can be drawn with utmost accuracy within no time. Having the knowledge of AutoCAD is the foremost skill requirement of any civil engineering student.
