The activities and events of this department are managed by the MBA students association which is referred to as ‘Synergy Strikers.’ Synergy Strikers is a group of diverse, focused and hardworking individuals working as a team with a vision of providing practical managerial exposure to the students pursuing MBA at NEC.
• Conducted a management expo on 19th November 2012 in memory of management greats like Philip Kotler, Henry Fayol and F.W. Taylor.
• Many MBA students participated in the seminars organized by Acharya Nagarjuna University, VR Siddhartha Engineering College and PB Siddhartha Engineering College.
• Ample students have been conferred with awards in various events organized by a number of colleges in the state.
• The Synergy Strikers organized a two day student meet in March 2013 and conducted various competitions for participating students. This event had a student attendance exceeding 200.
• To imbibe the importance of social responsibility amongst the students, the students association have set up an exclusive registration desk in the campus for blood donation.
• The MBA students are also sent for many industrial visits to gain hands on experience with the industry trend setters such as Coca-Cola, ITC Chirala, Jocil, etc.
