What We Do
The Department of Computer Applications educates students in an advanced discipline on which relies the entire IT industry. Students are taught advanced programming, computational mathematics, computing technology, and more in an application-oriented manner. Our course prepares students for the industry.
Each year, our team of expert faculty ensures skills development and strong placement records and encourages students to take up research in the field. Some of the companies that recruit our students are TCS and Infosys. Our alumni are working at prestigious software giants such as Google, IBM, Capgemini, CTS, Infosys, TCS, CTS, and others.
What We Offer
Established in 2002, the Department of Computer Applications offers a postgraduate programme (Master of Computer Applications). We provide students with application-oriented knowledge and problem-solving skills in computers, which can also be used in management, engineering, and sciences.
The MCA department is equipped with state-of-the-art fully air-conditioned computer laboratories. All the computer systems in the lab are connected to powerful HP servers through Gigabit LAN. 100 mbps internet connection is available for all the systems in the lab for students.
The labs are equipped with genuine software applications, an LCD projector lab sessions and seminars, and UPS for uninterrupted usage during power outages.
