Department of MBA Organises Industrial Visit to Sangam Dairy, Guntur
The Department of MBA successfully organised an industrial visit to Sangam Dairy, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, on 20th March 2025. This visit was arranged for first-year MBA students (2024 Batch), second semester, providing them with a valuable opportunity to gain practical exposure to the dairy industry.
During the visit, students had the chance to observe and understand the various stages of milk processing, quality control, supply chain management, and operational strategies at Sangam Dairy. Industry experts guided them, offering in-depth insights into real-world business practices and the functioning of the dairy sector.
This industrial visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, enhancing students’ understanding of business operations, production management, and industry challenges. The experience was highly enriching, equipping students with first-hand knowledge that will benefit them in both their academic and professional journeys.
